Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of every batch. If something isn't right, we make it right.
Last Updated: April 2025 | Scope: B2B wholesale orders only.
1. Our Quality Commitment
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited third-party lab certifying: Acid Value, Peroxide Value, Iodine Value, Fatty Acid Profile, and organoleptic properties. If your lab finds non-conformance with agreed COA specs, we will resolve it.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
COA Non-Conformance
Independent lab results fall outside the agreed specification parameters.
Contamination
Testing confirms foreign substances not listed in the product specification.
Packaging Damage
Drums or totes arrive damaged and oil integrity has been compromised.
Wrong Grade Shipped
You received a different grade than what was invoiced and confirmed by COA.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after shipment dispatch
- Natural colour variation between harvests (expected in unrefined oils)
- Claims raised more than 30 days after delivery
- Delays from customs, port congestion, or force majeure
- Damage caused by improper storage at buyer's facility
