Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or making payment to Bulk Argan Oil ("we", "us"), you ("the Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all B2B wholesale transactions. This website and our products are intended exclusively for business buyers — not individual consumers.

2. Quotations & Orders

• All prices are provided in USD on a Proforma Invoice (PI) and are valid for 7 calendar days from issue date.
• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment and written order confirmation from both parties.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 25 litres for bulk oil; 100 units for private label.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without providing a reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All invoices are in USD. Exchange rate fluctuations are the buyer's responsibility.
• Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to commence production/packing; 70% balance before shipment (against copy of B/L or AWB).
• Payment method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T / Bank Wire) only. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal for B2B orders.
• All bank transfer fees (including intermediary bank charges) are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• Late balance payment may result in storage fees of USD 50/day after 7 days from the agreed balance due date.

4. Product Quality & Certification

• All products are certified to the specifications stated on the COA issued with each batch.
• Natural variations in colour and scent between harvests do not constitute a quality defect.
• Organic certificates are valid for the stated period only. Buyers are responsible for maintaining their own organic chain-of-custody documentation.

5. Shipping & Risk

• Risk of loss passes to the Buyer at the point defined by the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, or CIF) stated on the Proforma Invoice.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, port congestion, customs clearance, weather, or force majeure events.
• The Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with import regulations in their country, including FDA registration, import duties, and customs clearance.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Claims must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bulkarganoil.com — including text, images, logos, and schema — is the property of Bulk Argan Oil. Private label buyers are granted a non-exclusive license to use our branding templates solely for the purpose of their agreed private label products. No content may be reproduced without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the terms of individual pricing, trade discounts, and proprietary formulation details confidential. This obligation survives termination of any business relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the specific shipment in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, market loss, or regulatory penalties incurred by the Buyer.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, port strikes, or war.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, or alternatively resolved via ICC arbitration if agreed by both parties in writing.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order confirmation shall govern that transaction. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
